Feeling peckish but don’t want to eat junk? Here’s a very quick recipe for a healthy and filling snack!
Ingredients: 1/2 an avocado, 1/4 frozen mango, 2 tbs coconut flakes, dark 70% cocoa chocolate, 1 tbs mixed berries.
Blend the avocado and mango and coconut flakes together until smooth.
In a serving glass place the mixed berries first then the avocado and mango mix. Sprinkle some dark chocolate on top et voila! Now put on your favourite TV show and enjoy your snack 🙂
